History
To begin our story we have to go back to the summer of 2009. After two abortive attempts to purchase a suitable van , we eventually found one on an auction site , we put our bid in and anxiously watched as the the minutes ticked away , disaster!!. We were out bid in the last minute, we were dissappointed but it was obviously not meant to be.
However two days later we had some good news, the sale on the van had fallen through and the seller was offering it to us. The following Saturday Adam , Liam and close friend Mel travelled to Swansea to pick up the van.
After a very scary journey in high winds we eventually got back to Exeter. In the ensuing days we gutted , re-equiped , refurbished , repainted and re-named the van and after a lot of hard work Hot'n'Saucy Catering was successfully launched on 29thOctober at Crealy's popular Hallowscream.
Adam and Liam would like to say a big THANK YOU to....
Barrie Carbis, Clare Carbis, Gary Chapman, Ben Andrews, Rob Toth, Adam Hacking, Vickie Le Riche, Mel Hitchcock, Patrick Sellers, and Andrew and Paul from maintenance for all their help in getting our venture off the ground
